The Options Residential Program provides residential services to adults with developmental and related disabilities in a group home setting. We are currently recruiting for direct care employees to work overnight shifts. The On Site On Call Direct Care Provider is responsible for being on site throughout their assigned shift in a work ready status. He/she is not responsible for routine shift work. The On Site On Call employee will work with another staff person who will have primary responsibility for client care and routine shift work. These positions are available in Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean and Somerset Counties. HS diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license are required.
